A Few Reminders
Prior To Our Call

1. USE A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER

For a smoother experience, please use a laptop or desktop during our call — not a phone or tablet. This way, we can easily share screens, walk you through steps, or review files together if needed.

2. INSTALL THE ZOOM APP AHEAD

Before your scheduled appointment, make sure the Zoom Meetings app is already installed on your computer. If you don’t have it yet, you can download the installer here:

3. FIRST TIME USING ZOOM?

No problem! If this is your first time using Zoom, please do the following before our call:

4. LOG IN EARLY AND TEST YOUR SETUP

Please sign in to Zoom at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. This gives you time to test your audio, microphone, and camera so we can start on time and avoid tech delays.

5. SEND US THE AGENDA OR CONCERN YOU'D LIKE TO DISCUSS

To make sure we use our time wisely, feel free to email us a short description of what you’d like to talk about before the call — whether it’s a specific issue, feedback, or updates. This helps us come prepared and focused.
