Hey there! I’m Eileen — a proud Bulakenya, mom of three, and the founder of UP Digital.
I took up BA Psychology at the University of the Philippines Diliman (go, Maroons!) and somehow found myself diving headfirst into the digital world. Almost 20 years later, here I am — still in love with the fast-paced, ever-evolving chaos that is digital marketing.
I’m also a true-blue nerd at heart. I love gaming, true crime documentaries, and anything creative — from dancing and singing to drawing and cooking. When I’m not deep in campaign data or tweaking a landing page, you’ll probably find me cooking something for my kids or planning our next family trip.

Why I Created
UP Digital
To create a digital marketing agency that puts small Filipino businesses first — with strategies that work, and prices that make sense.
After years of managing agencies I didn’t own, I realized something: I wanted to build something for me — and more importantly, for Filipino business owners.
I’ve seen too many small and growing businesses either priced out or poorly served by digital agencies and individual contractors that don’t really care about outcomes. That didn’t sit right with me.
